Our Story

The Bharat AI Olympiad was born from a simple observation: while India possesses the world's largest youthful demographic, the rapid acceleration of Artificial Intelligence threatened to create a digital divide.

In late 2023, a coalition of educators, AI researchers, and policy advocates came together with the goal of creating a framework that doesn't just test coding skills, but evaluates the foundational logic, ethics, and potential of AI as a tool for societal good.

Today, BAIO stands as a lighthouse of academic excellence, sanctioned by leading educational bodies and supported by global technology leaders, ensuring that Bharat's youth are not just users of AI, but its future architects.
